Our Tropical Update on this June 15th of 2020 shows a few areas we’re watching as the work week gets started. We notice an elongated non-tropical low just to the east of the Georgia/South Carolina coast producing disorganized rain and t-storms. With the low expected to move northward near the North Carolina/South Carolina border by Tuesday morning and working into North Carolina for Tuesday evening, any chances for development look very slim. A new Atlantic tropical storm forms off coast of Africa. Friday 12, 2020 Miami Herald
Tropical Storm Fred has formed off the coast of Africa with 40 mph winds.
A tropical storm warning and hurricane watch are in effect for the Cape Verde Islands.
At 11 a.m. Sunday, Fred was moving northwest at about 12 mph, a path expected to continue through Tuesday. Maximum sustained winds were 50 mph. This word was received from the Lord on the 8th of June 2020
