1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. (This was the will of The Lord Jesus.)
Pentecost is the Christian festival celebrating the descent of the Holy Spirit on the disciples of Jesus after his Ascension, held on the seventh Sunday after Easter. The day on which Pentecost is held. It is all so known as the Jewish festival of Shavuoth.
1.Greek word pentekostos, which means “fifty.” It comes from the ancient Christian expression pentekoste hemera, which means “fiftieth day.”
2. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven
(The Lord's Prayer is a prayer the Lord Jesus taught His disciples. He taught His disciples in Matthew 6:9-13 and Luke 11:2-4. Matthew 6:9-13 says, “This, then, is how you should pray: 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread.)
as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
Was the day of pentecost an open vision? Was it a vehicles for the Holy Spirit to intruduce Himself to the Body of Christ? When ever the Lord appeared unto men and women of God, it was like an open vision.

All these manifestations are caused by God the Father, with the help of the Holy Spirit. In this case many people experienced the same manifestation in the upper room, which produced diferent giftings. God's power ultimately moved through the people.
Not of this world/cosmos= system of order. Something that can not happen in this world without the help of the Holy Spirit.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5. Today this form of utterance can come on a believer in many manifestations.
The Holy Spirit gave utterance to those in the upper room, and cause them to speak in the different tongues; of their fellow citizens who lived in the area. Not the unknown tongues that are used to by God to edify us.
5 And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.
6 Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.
7 And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?
8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
9 Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,
10 Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome,
